Terrell Hills Addition
This late 1940's wood constructed on pier and beam residence had 1400 square feet of livable space and needed to expand to accommodate the residents. The design added six feet of depth to the two front bedrooms and provided a larger area for a covered porch. A new Master Bedroom added to the rear of the house and replaced the old master closet with a winding staircase to two new second floor bedrooms. Restyled to mimic Arts and Crafts Style. Roof pitch and orientation designed to accommodate future solar and has integrated rain water collection for irrigation.
